When an organ isn’t functioning properly or something in our body isn’t right, our body tries to let us know before it becomes serious. But what are these signs?
This time I’ll explain what signs you can observe on your tongue. This way, you can learn about your overall health.

Normal Language
If your tongue is pink, it means it’s healthy. Even if you see a thin white coating on it, don’t worry; that’s completely normal.
Tooth and molar marks
Conversely, if your tongue is swollen at the sides, this means your digestive system isn’t functioning properly. In this case, it’s best to avoid cold drinks.
Red tongue
On the other hand, if you notice that your skin is red, then your body is warmer than normal. Therefore, it’s recommended that you avoid eating foods that will make you feel even hotter.
However, it can also mean that you are irritated, stressed, or tired.

Household
If your skin is this color, it means your blood isn’t circulating properly. If this is the case, you may experience cramps and migraines. In this case, it’s recommended that you exercise, even if it’s gentle.
Cracks
This is something that happens more often in women going through menopause. A cracked tongue means the body is experiencing excess heat. So avoid coffee and alcohol.
Note: It’s important to pay attention to the signs your body sends you, so you can avoid many complications.
Likewise, remember that your body shouldn’t wait for any signal to exercise; you should exercise at least three times a week to keep your body healthy.
